Fish Tacos

I love this dinner. Not only does it taste good, but it is healthy, made from real foods, and quick.

It's not necessarily a "go to" meal.

Because fish is best eaten the day it is purchased...but it is for sure fast food meal.

Fish Tacos


fresh tilapia
dry rub seasoning mix
corn tortillas
cole slaw mix
cilantro, coarsely chopped
olive oil
limes
salsa
avocados, cubed


1.Season both sides of the tilapia with the seasoning mix.
2.Cook in a non-stick pan until done. Keep warm.
3.Mix the cole slaw mix with the cilantro and shake same olive oil and squirt some lime juice over all. Season with salt and pepper.
4.Grill the corn tortillas over a burner.
5.Serve with additional lime wedges, the avocados and salsa.
